If you were sent the wrong goods.

In the unlikely event that MARLINA sent you the wrong goods, we will happily correct the error and ship the correct items. Simply email & provide us with the details of our error within 48 hours and we will cover the costs to correct the issue. We will issue you with an RA number so we can track the goods you are returning back to us.

If you ordered the wrong goods and the box is unopened.

If you have ordered the wrong goods and the box has not been opened, (and still in original condition) we will usually be happy to exchange the goods, provided the item was not a special order (see Special Orders below). As the error is not ours, freight costs are at your expense. Simply email us within 48 hours and we will issue you with an RA number by email.

If you ordered the wrong goods and the box has been opened.

If you have ordered the wrong goods and you have already opened the goods, we won't be able to sell the goods as new and your return request will be declined.

Special orders and memory products.

From time to time, MARLINA will get items in specifically at the customer's request. In other words, we don't normally sell or stock the item. In these cases, we will not approve the return of goods for any reason other than the goods being faulty as described below.

Faulty goods.

If you receive goods that are DOA (Dead on Arrival), please email us within 7 days of receiving the MARLINA invoice. Claims outside 7 days will not be recognised as Dead on Arrival, and in most cases, goods will need to be repaired through an authorised service centre, rather than returned to us. Please email us and we will advise the best course of action, as it will vary depending on the manufacturer of the faulty goods in question.

You will need an RA number before you send us any goods.

Before returning any goods, you will need to complete a Return Request Form and be issued with an RA Number by MARLINA. Simply print out our RA Form, fill it out and fax or email it back to us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an RA number.
